Celebrating the Windrush Generation in Newham 2019

Events & Exhibitions

As part of Newham 2019 Windrush celebrations, we were invited as an organisation to take part. We held an interactive workshop on tracing your family tree and after Nailah made a presentation on her family tree journey and the resources she used. It was also another opportunity to display our exhibition From Discovery to Independence Highlighting a Journey of Sugar from the Caribbean to the London Borough of Newham.
