‘Self help and Self Reliance in our community – How can we support our young people’ was the last event of our 2017 season. Marie Gabriel was our Key note speaker, lead the discussion and was also the recipient of our Community award Trophy. The panel discussion was made up of Winston Pinder (Chair) Marie Gabriel, Shaka Ramsey (Youth Worker) and three young people from a local Youth group. We had 35 present which was mainly due to the inclement weather on the day, catering was done by the committee and donations totalled £50.
